Technological profile of teachers who teach mathematics in a city in the interior of Bahia in the post-pandemic period

This article presents an excerpt from a study conducted with Mathematics teachers from a city in the interior of Bahia and seeks to discuss the profile of these participants regarding the use of digital technologies in teaching Mathematics. The study is based on the notion of Human Beings with Media and the design is qualitative, in which six teachers who teach Mathematics in the aforementioned city participate by answering a questionnaire, preparing plans for mathematical activities and participating in a semi-structured interview. In this article, we will present the results of the analysis of the questionnaire. With the content analysis, it was observed that the participants demonstrate intermediate skills in the use of technologies in teaching Mathematics, even though the teachers claim to have little experience with the use of digital technologies in their pedagogical practices. The study points to the need for training programs aimed at developing digital technological skills that can enhance the teaching of Mathematics.
