Educação Matemática em Revista - RS (EMR-RS) adopts the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license as the primary instrument for the publication of its articles. Any republication of a work released by the journal, at the initiative of its authors, is subject to the explicit mention of its prior publication in this journal, including the volume, number, and date.
By publishing in EMR-RS, authors agree to the following terms:

Copyright and Publication: Authors retain full copyright over their work and grant the journal the right of first publication. The work, once published, is simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows for the sharing and adaptation of the material for any purpose, including commercial, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original creation and its initial publication in this journal.

Subsequent Distribution: Authors are authorized to distribute and enter into separate, non-exclusive contractual agreements for the version of the article published in this journal (e.g., publishing in institutional repositories, book chapters, etc.), provided that the initial publication in EMR-RS is explicitly acknowledged.
